Coalescence

In this series Ciara has curated and illustrated an anthology of poems by various poets, from Thomas Hardy to Lewis Carroll. With a focus on storytelling and sequential drawing Ciara has interpreted the narrative elements in watercolour, pen and ink and in risograph prints which she then bound as a limited series of small books.

The Tyger book was made in response to the poem ‘The Tyger’ by William Blake. It’s a small folding book, made on the risograph printer and bound in complementary book cloth.
